I am a Yoga Australia Certified Level 2 Yoga Teacher

Yoga informs every aspect of my life in some way, I’ve been practising for more than 30 years and teaching for the last 10. I found Yoga in my early 20’s when searching for a way out of my own addiction and mental health dilemmas.

I can help integrate breathing & mindful movement techniques for your toolbox to manage your mental health.

I am also available for private classes in individual or groups sessions.
